Raiser's Edge® Training

Our training program is customized for each organization.   Your organization is trained on your database within the comfort of your office or a computer lab. 

We offer one-on-one training and group training for Raiser's Edge.  In both circumstances, it is just your organization unless you decide to share the training with another organization.   We also train you on your own database.  This is a great way to learn your new upgraded database system!!

Our Basic Raiser's Edge 7.7 Outline is 5 half days, which is completely customized by you.  We strive on customizing our client needs.  We also train at your pace.  Our staff will meet with you prior to the training to develop a training outline for your training days.

Training is available on optional modules, including the following:

• Outlook Integration

• Event Module

• Search Module

• Volunteer Module

• EFT Module

• Crystal Reports

• Blackbaud Analytics

After the training is complete, we are available by phone and/or e-mail to answer any of your questions.  We also will come by monthly or quarterly to assist you with any questions that arise.  This is extremely useful when making a change to a new database. 

We also offer training on other Microsoft Office Products.
