Analysis
Let our staff perform a
Database Audit and Analysis. We will prepare a
detailed audit and analysis report on your database.
Including but not limited to: duplicate records,
security, business rules, table clean-up, attribute
clean-up, ensure back-up procedure, address process and
much more. The report will also give
recommendations of how to utilize the database features
that are available.
After your audit and analysis is
complete, we can work with you to develop a plan to
address areas of clean-up and enhancement. A
short-term remote contract may be the answer for your
clean-up. Let our staff handle the clean-up and
teach you how to further utilize your database program.
We can do the clean-up from a remote connection;
therefore, not interfering with your work flow during
the day. We will also assist you if the clean-up
is going to done by your staff.
Contract clients receive a quarterly audit & analysis as
part of their service. We will also prepare a
manual back-up quarterly and ensure that it is working
properly.
