Development Connection was created to provide professional services to non-profit development professionals.  We believe in giving our clients 110% on every project.  We strive to become the leading provider of database management and prospect research within New England. 

Our Company
Every team member of Development Connection has worked within a non-profit development staff position before joining us.  We come from a wide range of non-profits and a wide range of positions.  We understand the hurdles that the development profession and offices face on a daily basis.
 
Our President
Jennifer L. Gempp
My past experience includes over 11 years of development experience.  My experience includes conversions, training, capital campaigns, annual campaigns, management, event planning, database management, and much more.  Among my positions, I was with the Diocese of Providence for over 7.5 years.   I spoke at the 2002 Blackbaud's International Conference of Philanthropy in South Carolina and at the 2003 International Catholic Stewardship Council Conference in Chicago. 

I started Development Connection to work with other organizations as a team member.  My goal is to help organizations utilize the tools that they have.  I have also created many professional relationships over these past years with companies who serve non-profits.  We now offer these resources to our clients with our Connection Center.  One of these partnerships is cMarket.
